Lucinda Low will participate in a workshop titled Damages in International Arbitration: Strategies, Techniques & Presentation on June 19 in Dallas, designed to address strategies and techniques for presenting damages and costs in an investment-treaty arbitration before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) sponsored by the Institute for Transnational Arbitration at The Center for American and International Law.
